As we approach Christmas it seems like a good time to take a look back. It’s been a year of highs and lows, with a lot of time away from home which is always hard, but some amazing experiences along the way.
I was cast in Footloose at the beginning of 2020, just a few weeks before Covid hit, and the tour itself was delayed repeatedly; only finally starting rehearsals in December 2021. So in a way, finishing this show feels like the end of an era - a three year period which has been all about Covid and Footloose (and the ways in which the two intertwined!)
Next comes a period of change - we’ve sold our flat in Leicester and are living temporarily down in Portishead (pictured) whilst we complete the purchase of our next home; swapping city life for a more rural setting in North Leicestershire. I’m excited to see what comes next…
